Data controller
The data controller is Boltimor sp. z o.o., ul. Poznańska 25, 63-005 Kleszczewo, Poland. Contact for data matters: etykiety@boltimor.pl.
What data we collect
Data provided in the forms (quote, contact): name, company name, VAT number, e-mail, phone and the content of the enquiry. Providing it is voluntary but necessary to reply and prepare a quote.
Purpose and legal basis of processing
We process form data to reply to your enquiry and prepare a quote (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR — pre-contractual steps) and for purposes arising from our legitimate interest, such as defence against claims (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Cookies and analytics
With your consent (cookie banner) we use analytics and advertising tools: Google Analytics 4, Google Ads (conversion measurement and remarketing) and Microsoft Clarity. They serve to analyse traffic, measure ad effectiveness and improve the website. Without consent these tools are not started. You can withdraw consent by clearing the site data in your browser.
Data recipients
Data may be processed by our IT service providers: Netlify (hosting and forms), Google (analytics) and Microsoft (analytics) — under data processing agreements and solely for the purposes described above.
Retention period
We keep enquiry data for the duration of the correspondence and quote preparation, and afterwards for as long as necessary for accounting purposes and defence against claims.
Your rights
You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection, as well as the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority (in Poland: PUODO). For these matters write to etykiety@boltimor.pl.
