Removable labels

09/14
label family
/09About this family

A removable label has two jobs that conflict: hold firmly through transport and display, then come off in one motion, without a trace of adhesive or paper. The solution is an adhesive with controlled bond strength, matched to the surface — enamel, cast iron, glass, plastic.

The range is wider than it seems: from repositionable adhesives (the label can be peeled off and reapplied straight), through ultra-removable ones for short-term use, to a “fabric friendly” adhesive that comes off cleanly even from textiles — labels on clothing without a ruined jumper. On request we add a tab that makes peeling easier to start.

Good to know

When enquiring, tell us two things: what the surface is made of and how long the label has to stay on it. Adhesive strength is chosen for exactly that pair — differently for glass the customer will peel after a week, differently for cast iron that will sit a season in the warehouse. That way the label holds exactly as hard as it needs to — and not a bit harder.

Materials and options

What you can choose from

/01

Coated papers and vellum

The classic carriers for price and information labels the customer removes after purchase.

/02

PP and PE films

When a removable label also has to survive moisture — cookware, glass, bathroom.

/03

Clear

A discreet information label that disappears without a trace — literally and figuratively.

Choosing the adhesive

The adhesive does half the work

/01

Removable

Holds firmly through transport and display, comes off in one motion without adhesive residue — from enamel, cast iron, glass and plastics.

/02

Repositionable

Can be peeled off and reapplied straight — forgives mistakes in hand application.

/03

Ultra-removable

For short-term use and delicate surfaces — books, art ceramics, promotions.

/04

“Fabric friendly”

Comes off cleanly even from textiles — size and price labels on clothing without a ruined jumper.

You do not need to know these terms — just tell us what the label has to stick to and the conditions it will live in. Our technologist will choose the rest.
