Labels for appliances / electronics
The blister is clear, the label has a custom shape — and the whole thing has to survive the journey from factory to shelf.
In electronics a label is rarely a rectangle. We design the cutting die to the shape of the blister, box front or housing, and the adhesive to the surface — PET, polypropylene, UV varnish on board — because each bonds with adhesive differently.
We print product labels, rating plates, energy labels and serialisation labels with codes. Where the marking has to last for years — electrical equipment, cables, power tools — we use polyester films compliant with UL 969, resistant to abrasion, chemicals and temperatures from −40 to +150°C, including adhesives insensitive to plasticisers from insulation.
Good to know
If you export, ask about UL-certified materials — on many markets this is a requirement for markings on electrical devices. And advice from experience: design the label together with the packaging, not after it. A die matched to the blister from the start saves material and nerves.
What you can choose from
PET films (UL 969)
Polyester for durable markings: rating plates, panels, electronics. UL 969 compliant, resistant from −40 to +150°C, to abrasion and chemicals.
PP and clear films
Product labels for pack fronts and blisters — full colour, custom die shapes.
Tyvek and reinforced HDPE
Materials that are practically untearable — hang tags, warranty labels, markings exposed to pulling.
Coated papers
The economical option for cartons and outer cases, also with variable data.
The adhesive does half the work
For plastics and varnishes
PET, polypropylene, UV varnish on board — each of these surfaces bonds with adhesive differently; we match the formulation to the specific pack.
Resistant to plasticisers
For cables and flexible plastics from which plasticisers migrate and weaken ordinary adhesives.
High-temperature
Keeps its bond up to +150°C — for components that heat up.
Security (VOID / seals)
On an attempt to remove it, leaves a message or delaminates — an unambiguous sign of tampering on warranty seals.
